Basildon Office Refurbishment

We were approached by GTCI an Office refurbishment company to provide a cost within a tender submission for the decommissioning & removal of existing equipment and install two new Mitsubishi Electric VRF heat recovery systems, MVHR ventilation system to provide fresh air to the internal office areas and the extract systems for the toilets and kitchen area. Working alongside the mechanical design consultants RHB we installed two R410a City Multi heat recovery VRF systems over two floors comprising of 15 Ducted fan coils, localised controllers and an AE200 centralised controller the VRF systems provided cooling and heating to the office areas, we also installed a Nuaire MVHR system for the 1st floor offices and extract systems using Nuaire fans to the toilets & kitchen on the ground & 1st floors.
