T Clarke Plc approached us to tender this project and partner with them to secure the project and carry out the installation of the 120 ducted fan coils for the heat recovery & heat pump VRF systems, install 4 refrigerant DX (direct expansion) systems to the fresh roof mounted AHU systems, split systems were installed in the comms/server room and the facilities management office at basement level. Each of the VRF systems on the floors were supplied with AE200 centralised controllers to allow for multi tenant occupancy if required and connected to the BMS system. The project was carried out between September 2023 and April 2024 project managed in-house by Simon Hayes & Rob Tysoe.
